Slow down...

Life has been crazy this week. I almost think I've got a good schedule down, then Fall Break happens or something else comes up. I should know not to ask certain people for help or plan anything during harvest. Haley was a rockstart at her Remicade appt. yesterday. Silpada party went well. I'm not closing it until Monday. Today the kids and I met up with Ashley at JC Penney's, went to lunch with dad, stopped by mom's office and then took the kids to Kiln Creations in Noblesville to paint pottery. It was so fun but kind of pricey. That is alright though. I'm just going to post a few pictures from Brit and Leif's photo shoot. I've got too many to go though. Enjoy! BTW... I'm super excited to take the kids trick-or-treating tomorrow. Rain, Rain please go away!!

Shots...

About 1 1/2 weeks ago, the kids and I received our H1N1 shots. I'm praying that they work. Today, 8 kids were out of Haley's class sick however yesterday six of those kids came to school. Yikes!! I guess they didn't want to miss the field trip. I'm hoping Haley doesn't get sick! Drew has had a lingering cough for about 5 days now. I'm hoping it goes away soon. We've been pretty lucky (knock on wood) too keep the sickness out of our house.

Grandma Musselman (she is 93?)broke her hip the first part of the summer... with surgery and lots of therapy she was ready to put the walker away and just use her cane. Yesterday I received a phone call from my dad that she had fallen again and broken her other hip. Surgery is going on as I type. Please keep her in your prayers.

Haley has dance tonight. I have a photo shoot tomorrow night at Shadyside Park. Haley has Remicade on Thursday and I also have a Silpada Party in Tipton. Halloween is Saturday... man I'm in for a busy for days. I can't wait to post more pictures.

Back in Business

So... I haven't blogged in a LONG time (probably over a year or so)! I am back in business though too keep everyone updated on our lives. The kids are growing like crazy: Haley is 5 and in full-day kindergarden. She loves it and also loves taking dance for the 3rd year. Drew is 3 and is taking karate. He loves being on the farm with his daddy! I'm still staying at home with the kids while also keeping my nephew Kagen. Two days a week I keep a friends little boy Eli. It keeps me busy. My sister is due in December with a boy, Ty Michael, and I can't wait to meet him. I will also get to keep Ty when Ashley returns to work. Justin still works for IMI and farms with his dad. Harvest is very busy and sometimes I feel like a widow... haha! It's okay though. I'm selling Silpada Jewelry and loving it. I not only get free jewelry, but make decent money and get girls nights out. I also started taking pictures which is so fun for me. I love capturing memories! I'll post a few below. Heidi has already hired me out, so I'm kind of nervous. I'll post the engagement session in a week or so. That is my life in a nutshell. I hope to post more often. Have a great week!
