I've had bio freeze in my life for years... But now it's becoming my BFF! I finally am starting to enjoy running but my shins are not! Today I'm was doomed for the start and only could run .5! I'm so upset!! My legs are in pain... And not sore muscle, me being a wienie kind of pain!

After your runs make sure to ice your shins for about 20 minutes. Direct ice is better. Fill little Dixie cups with water and keep them in your freezer and rub the ice on after your run. It helps!
